Very bad experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The room we were given was in terrible condition, very dirty, strong presence of mold, poor sound insulation, and a lot of noise. The bathroom was barely functional, and no services were offered by the hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

It was nice staying at Melnaj Hotel , clean and quite, polite staff and friendly environment, Note: If you want to stay near Airport with lowest price so this is best, however you should not expect the local area as the main city of istanbul.

The staff greeted me like an old friend. Hadad and Embre made extraordinary efforys to help me overcome the limitations of the typical 'ignorant American', helping with a phone charger, restaurant recommendations, even a bit of simple first aid!! Magnificent people!!

Property is located very close to the IST airport, 300 lira taxi from airport. There isn't much around the hotel and food pricing is higher than normal. Hotel and rooms are nice and clean but bathrooms are very small, it has the tiniest sink i have ever seen in my life. Staff is very nice and attentive to the any asks.

Very good hotel for short stay

We booked one night as we had a 10hr stay between flights at Istanbul airport. The hotel was clean and rooms are a good size with working air con and a very good size bathroom . The only thing we were not happy with was the booked airport transfer as when we arrived outside tte terminal we were told tge driver was not yet there. We tgen gitva taxi which worked out at half the price of what the booked transfer woukd have cost us.

The fact that it's a really tiny hotel means we never had to wait and received all attention we needed promptly. The shuttle arrangements by the hotel were very convenient and reasonably priced. The room was clean and had basic amenities. Another advantage is being relatively close to the airport. The only improvement I'd suggest is a powerful vent in the bathroom. It gets very humid to the point of foggy after a shower.

The hotel is 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. The appearance and inside are good. Arrived at 17 quickly. The room is small, for one person. There is no more room for the 2nd suitcase. The temperature in the room is perfectly adjustable. The air conditioner is quiet. Noise insulation with the street is low. But after 8 p.m. there are practically no cars and no noise. Airplanes don't interfere. It's quiet at night.

Heat/Ac did not work, nor did they ever come to fix it, the refrigerator was never cold and then completley stopped working, the shower nozzle sprays water and when you shower, the drains backed up!! Other than that, I had privacy. Not satisfied at all. I just thought to myself, they had to know all of this.
