"There was shuttle service to many park locations along with access to downtown Bar Harbor that proved to be quite useful. The hotel has lovely grounds and an outdoor pool area. Our room was clean and spacious in terms of size. I highly recommend Hampton Inn Bar Harbor. "

"The hotel staff were all very friendly. We paid for an ocean view room which was a little more pricey and didn’t have the views we were expecting because of the trees. There was still a view but should have been priced as a partial on floor 5. Floor 6 and 7 may of had an actual full oven view. There was NO free breakfast. "Room was comfy with snacks and lovely linens . The sauna was a nice extra when the weather was pretty chilly and windy out in town all day . Even though we had breakfast off site , we ended up really liking how it got us up and out into town and we liked the little drive as the fall colors were spectacular "
