Great location on the Isle of Skye

I had a two night stay at Glenbrittle while visiting Isle of Skye. The room was comfy enough (a little cramped for ten people), the bathrooms were nice and very clean, the common areas were well stocked and cozy. There's also a great waterfall right across the road from the hostel and plenty of sheep and lambs to watch in the evenings.

Access is a bit difficult and the no noise rule after 10pm was not imposed so it took a while to go to sleep. Nevertheless installations are good and clean and the location is simply perfect to wake up and go in a hiking

Beautiful mountain location. Clean and well equipped. Room for 5 people quite spacious. Good beds. Can be noisy at night as rooms have no phonic insulation and everything can be heard from other rooms. Parking can be difficult as hikers park next to the hostel. The access road is narrow, damaged and very busy during day time. It is a great place to hike the neighboring mountains but not as a base for exploring Skye, due to the fastidious access.
