One night some folks got loud at the pool and the managment dealt with in in 10 minutes. They have wagons, umbrellas, bbq, etc all for free use "

"Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal in every single way and our villa was incredible and so very clean and well appointed!! It truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! We loved everything about the property and the staff were all amazing as well!! Teddy in the valet service area was a tremendous help with our luggage and groceries and he always had a smile! The cleaning ladies always did a fantastic job also! I loved the small gym on site and the breakfast area as well....

"We had a 1 bdrm efficiency for 3 people. Sofa bed and room bed were very comfortable. It had very modern decor. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. We were within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, as well as a short walk to the beach. Beach chairs, towels and a mini cooler were provided too! We will be back."

"The A/C worked fine. There was dish soap but nothing to wash dished with. No sponge or cloth. No dish towels. No hot pads. No spoons. Only 2 little salad forks. One glass. Wine opener but no wine glasses. No bath mat. No rugs at all. Only one hand towel. 2 bath towels and 2 wash clothes were of extremely poor quality, very thin. One sofa than had seen much better days, very uncomfortable, and no other furniture in living area. No end tables, lamps or chairs. This property could be so cute but is...

Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...
