"Everything about our stay was great! The people that work there are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very nice, really good pizza. Our room was comfortable. The shuttle was right on time, and the driver was very nice. We will definitely stay here on our return trips."

"We only stayed one night as we flew in late to Jan Jose, but were staying in La Fortuna for our trip. If we had been spending anytime at all in San Jose would have stayed longer. Really nice staff and courtyard was beautiful. Did not use the pool or game room. Breafast was great and complimentary with our booking unfortunately arrived to late at night to eat dinner at resturaunt. We did smell them prepping as we waited for our car rental to leave the next day. Smelled amazing! Wish we could have tried it. Ine last note, our flight got in after check in, and they had a bell hop waiting for us as our Uber pulled up, it was impressive. Highly recommend if you need a place to stay a few nights in San Jose."

"Spacious clean room. Shower had good water pressure. Efficient breakfast. Friendly staff. Typical airport hotel with limited amenities. I would stay here again."

"This was a great hotel for us. We stayed two nights: after our arrival in San Jose, and then again before our departure. The shuttle is so easy to spot when you're tired (it's blue), the front desk team excellent, and the breakfast was great. On departure we had an early flight and were provided a to go breakfast. We took a to go cup of coffee and it was just right! There is also a Denny's right there for an easy dinner. Our only complaint (and why it's 4 out of 5) is the air conditioner and fan is very loud!! Depsite that however, we'll stay here again on our next trip to CR!"

"Everything was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We did use the airport shuttle and that went fine. Restaurants are right nearby and can easily walk there. For some reason I thought there was a pool. There isnt."
