"I arrived at the hotel between 5:00 and 6:00 PM, there was no one at reception, no one answered the bell, I had someone who knew the managers call him no answer. Waited 1 1/2 hours,no one showed up so we had to make other arrangements. This was a 2 hour drive causing us to miss seeing several historic ..."

"The property was so beautiful and we had an amazing experience overall. We dined at the hotel as well and the food was incredible. The only improvement could be the comfort of the mattress.
