"Perfect location."

"This hotel provides amazing value. I came for the fair price and good reviews, and stayed for the comfortable bed, and the clean, well-equipped, safe, and quiet room. The included breakfast was a nice perk as well. I would recommend this hotel to stay at for anyone who needs to stay in the area."

"Staff was great, the location is good (next to lower east side and SOHO). Room is fairly nice. Common area generally has people, rooftop bar isn’t bad Negative points are that blackout curtains don’t work well, cleaning staff did not vacuum well (dirt/leaves brought in from rainy days), the gym is a joke (only dumbbells and treadmill - not even a bench), many homeless men sleep outside just to the right of the hotel although they are harmless"

"Great location for our family. Lots of food options and safe."

"The property was clean and easily accessible. I stayed with my family including 2 kids and we had no issues."
