"The second-floor ceiling appeared to have a severe water leak, and there was also mold. The carpet had numerous stains and smelled of cigarette smoke, as well as marijuana smoke, especially considering it’s on the smoke-free side."

"Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The flooring in the hallways was coming up causing tripping hazards. Our room had a bad smell. The water pressure was awful. If you are someone with a lot if hair good luck getting all the soap out. Bathroom did not have an exhaust fan. Breakfast was just ok. But not nearly enough seating to accommodate guests. Parking was fine they gave us our parking pass and didn’t charge us. This motel is within walking distance of the falls and downtown restaurants."

"The place is very new and the beds are rooms are very comfortable. I would give the place 5 starts except that the common areas are scented with some of smell that I found pretty overpowering. The scent matches the soap in the rooms but it was too much."
