"The room had a strong damp, musty smell that negatively affected our entire stay. We noticed it immediately upon entering and I asked to switch rooms, but the hotel was sold out so my request could not be accommodated. My son stayed in a room on a different floor and experienced the same issue, so it did not seem isolated to just one room. A dehumidifier may have helped, and it seems like one may be necessary to remove the excess moisture from the rooms. Unfortunately, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time. The views were amazing. The rooms were clean and exactly as described. Fransico was very helpful. My only suggestion would be a tv in the bedroom also so if your child goes to sleep first the adults can continue watching tv."

"The curtains in the room were sheer and did not keep the light from the street out making it difficult to sleep. The beds were very hard. Would have been softer to sleep on the floor. My bed had ants on it and the sink had no hot water. "

"The lakeview room was nicer, but windows were too dirty to take photographs. The bed and pillows were comfortable and room was clean. The bath was a little dated. The restaurant was expensive and food not that good. Had a BBQ burger that had a horrible texture and was served cold. Recommend going off site for dinner. The breakfast buffet was better. There is a resort fee, but at this time of year, the pool area is cooler and the hot tub was crowded, not worth the $21 per night."
