"We were Not !! Told we were in a chalet cottage, it didn't advertise cottage either it was dark dingy and uncomfortable. The continued breakfast was stale croissants and the orange juice the bottle was black. There were no 24hr staff either "

"Inside the hotel everything looks brand new. Spatious rooms. Free parking (you have to register the car at the reception). Restaurant is good and breakfast buffet generous (though not included). The staff vas very nice and helpful. They can call a cab for you to get into town - often there are some waiting at the airport so they'll come quickly. There is a train that goes into town but it runs once an hour so it requires some planning. Though it's next to the airport, it was very quiet"

And some rooms have no power. The line for refunds extended out of the office. I was lucky I was able to find another place to stay. "The Inn is easy to find with ample parking. My concerns centred on strong, damp like smelly in my room. Curtains that couldn't be closed properly. With the main door not being locked at night, security was very poor. I was woken by a disturbance outside my door during the night it was very unsettling. All these issues might have been easier to raise with staff had they been approachable. It took the duration of the trip for the person at reception to smile and be friendly. Would definitely not...
