"Around 40 minutes from the airport and only a few blocks from the metro station. Everything you need is a few minutes walk from the hostel. Property is a great deal and was safe. Welcoming environment and everyone was respectful. Room was clean and working wifi. It’s great to see this type of hostel in the US. "

"From valet parking - they were very helpful. But once our cart got inside the lobby, it took awhile to bring it up. Inhad to call remind them. I get it, busy day since it was Valentines weekend. Customer Service - Checking In was easy. No lines and service was very quick. Staff was friendly. Lobby - It was really nice, I didnt spend much time walking around there but ambiance was nice. The Market - The Market is their convenient store and two way access near the elevator. Food was good....

"Rooms were nice and staff was friendly only downfall is we couldn't get to the view lounge. It should be a bit easier for guests to have more access than people that arent staying. "

"No complaints. Kind staff. Yes, the surrounding area can be 'lively' at night, but it's really close to public transit/BART so I was always on my way to somewhere else and not hanging out too much around the hotel. There are some good coffee spots nearby. "
