"Easy to find from airport take bart walk 2mins. It’s just next trader Jose. Hotel is good and clean. In the outside of the hotel on the street there is the bus station. Cross the rode is the bart and muni. Easy to get public transportation but now there’s too much homeless on the street. You can smell the peeling everywhere. I don’t know if I will come back to SF downtown? Hotel is nice. But not recommend for trip."

"The front desk staff is wonderful! Housekeeping was great the first round, the second was very sloppy. We had to have them come back and deliver, towels, soap, glasses, dump trash, etc. The restaurant is “ok” not great. Happy hour is reasonable but limited. The location is perfect and feels safe! Good value!"

"We had a clean spacious room on the 19th floor which provided an amazing view of the city and the Bay. The staff was friendly and professional, special shout-out to Mavis at registration. Highly recommended place to stay in San Francisco."

"The restroom door handle was broken and we were not able to close and lock the door. Same for toilet paper handle. WiFi works only first day. "
