The staff working when I noticed it was great and said he refunded it however there is no explanation as to why it happened. I am still waiting for the refund to process to my credit card."

"They gave up our room that we had reserved weeks ahead of time. We had to scramble for hours to find a new place to stay because it was graduation night. They gave us no warning or heads up. Don’t go here. They suck"

"The property was under construction. Nothing was posted on their website or warning in the description when booking. We were woke up every morning by 8 am to banging and power tools which went on all day. One of the days we were here we were notified the night before that the following day they were shutting off all water to the property from 10-3 the next day. So no showers bathrooms etc would be working. For the majority of the day. They offered no discount concessions nothing. Just sorry for the inconvenience we are under construction. "

"The room was not very clean. The floor was sticky, there was blood on the bathroom. Door handle, there was something white on the dresser and on the headboard. It looked like there was blood as well. The room stunk like dogs had been in it And it doesn't look like they wash their pillow cases very well. They were yellow. When I went to the front desk and let the guy know about it. He didn't seem to know what to do. I think that is very unsanitary. It is a hazmat situation when there's blood And his housekeepers are not doing their job very well. He didn't offer me a discount or a refund. So I had to go through my third party company. Because that's a waste of money to sleep. In a room with blood and crumbs in the bed and the dirtiness, when you turn on the heater/ air conditioner it smelled awful. An okay place to stay if you have another option. Like, we didn't have any other option. But I wouldn't stay there again.I'd rather sleep in my car"

"A disappointment. The one good thing I can say is it was an ideal location for us and the only reason why we booked it after Expedia dropped the ball on our other booking. Definitely not worth the premium I paid (super busy weekend in the area, and Expedia canceled our reservation with almost no notice, so we didn’t have hardly any options.) "
