"I do not give 5 stars unless they deserve it in this case they fully deserve it. We stayed 2 nights and everything about the hotel was awesome. The staff and service was tip class (in fact it was the best ever I have experienced in many many years). The minibar is all included and is restocked every day. It was 5 minutes walk from the Interlaken out train station and ideally located. There was harder kullam entry 5 minutes away and viewable from our room balcony. The view from the balcony was great. The concierge (Luke) was also very helpful. His restaurant recommendations were great. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Being a vegetarian i really appreciated the many good options they had. They always had at least 1 indian dish. They had a juice machine with fruits, ginger and celery right there and tiu could juice ot yourself. All is all a great experience Kudos to the staff and the hotel"

"Rooms were extremely clean and comfy. Front desk staff was really nice welcoming and helpful. They provided us good information about surrondings. Breakfast was fresh and feeling. Lot of eating options near by. We stayed 2 nights. The location is great. Very close to Interlaken west train station. There were plenty of buses to go to Interlaken Ost train staion."

"The Hey Hotel is the perfect example of minimalist design that works. The rooms are appointed with a series of cubbies which at first give them the appearance of being sparse. Not so. Those cubbies kept us so organized during our 5 day stay. The bed is comfortable and shower was great. The breakfast options were generous and delicious. Fresh bread, cheese, cold cuts, pastries, cereal, yogurt and pancakes were some of the options along with bacon, beans,and potatoes. Fresh made eggs available on request. The real star of the Hey Hotel for us however was the helpful front desk crew. So friendly and always on hand for conversation about where to hike and what to do. I would give this place 6 stars if I could."

"Highly recommend!!! Front desk staff was exceptional—always friendly, professional and helpful. On the day of a downpour, they provided each of us with a large umbrella, free of charge. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds and showers were great!! Mountain View from our balcony was beautiful! Full breakfast included with many delicious choices—something for everyone! Location was excellent! Easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. Thank you for a lovely experience; your resort set the bar high for the rest of our trip! 😊"

"We usually stay at budget friendly hotels and usually only require the basics. This place barely met the basics. Staff was very friendly and location great. The room itself though was sub par. The towels were very old and thin. The bed was not very comfortable and bedding not great. Only outlet was outlet for lamp. The water from the shower runs on the floor because there is barely a lip to catch it. It served its purpose for a night but I would not stay here again."
