"We had a great room and view of Interlaken. Weather was very hot, room needed air conditioning. I was advised to use the fan. Later found out another guest had same issue and was offered air con on 5th floor.
While a issue highlighted above, staff were very nice. We needed a plug socket converter as our two pin would not fit due to the socket shape. All provided free by hotel............just return on leaving.
