"Love the central location of interlaken. The drive to many tourist locations were nicely convenient. Quiet during the night and we loved the 5th floor with ac would highly recommend if first time in Switzerland! Clean rooms, staff was great and perfect location!"

"Amazing hotel and staff. Pedro picked us up from the Interlaken OST and also dropped us off. That was the first impression of knowing how the experience will go. It is very nicely located property. Right outside is the harder Klum train station. Property doesn’t have Air Conditioning, but that’s the case at 85% properties in Switzerland. Overall great staff and an amazing service. Will come back to stay again at this property for sure."

"This hotel is really nice as is like staying at a museum just like it is stated it's a luxury vintage Hotel, very friendly staff. I loved the place, only thing missing like most hotels in Switzerland was the air conditioning as it was super hot this summer and they should upgrade. Loved it was really close to the train station for location convenience. The exterior was absolutely well maintained and the interior was being worked on as well. I would stay here again if A/C is installed. (fans were provided) overall great hotel"

"The hotel appeared to be in a residential area which gives a true feeling of being in Switzerland. The views are stunning and all the local attractions and train station were within a 15 minute walk. The breakfast was suitable for coeliac visitors"

"I got the room for both the view of the mountains and they had wonderful roof top hotel to dine! Their location is at the very busy street but across the street the vies from the top is beautiful because it is a lawn area. Nights were uncomfortable because their AC was not working. I had to keep the doors open for the breeze."
