Very friendly and helpful staff. Location was great, just next to the main shopping / dining and near train station. Room was well equipped, bed were fairly comfortable. Parking was great-underground.

Overall a great accommodation, our apartment was spacious, and clean. The check-in was uncomplicated and quick. There is a wellness area with a sauna in the basement, which was very peaceful. One thing that was a little inconvenient for us was that the tv in the apartment was quite small and old so it wasnt possible to watch netflix or any of the like in the evenings.

Big and spacious apartment has everything you need for family stay. Kitchen is well equipped, location is great with a supermarket nearby, has underground parking.

great little community in the Austrian Alps outside Innsbruck. We went in April, so limited options of restaurants being open, but hotel was great. Lovely relaxation area with Sauna downstairs. As a North American, you need to be ok with complete nudity of local patrons in the sauna.

Great stay

Fantastic location right next to pedestrian zone and swimming pool. 10 mins walk to Gschwandtkopft ski lifts and ski bus to Roshutte outside apartments. Ski depot in basement. Apartment well appointed and reception very helpful and friendly. Check in is self service a very easy.

Fantastic customer service - central location

Amazing customer service, both before arrival, during check-in and during our stay. The apartment was clean and had plenty of clothes hangers (always an issue) and a safe in our bedroom. The bathroom was functional, although a refresh might be useful. The only thing missing were enough sockets - other than that, definitely recommended!

Helt ok boende för några nätter med familjen. Lite småsaker i lägenheten som inte är helt som vi påpekade för receptionen. Inget som påverkade nyttjandet av lägenheten. Hårda sängar.
