The location, staff (especially Abigail), breakfast and room was outstanding…definitely will return! thanks ABIGAIL!!! The Sauna was superb, especially the infra red room…the hot tub was tooo chilly for me..i would have loved a hotter Hot tub…lounge areas were very nice!!!

This is an excellent hotel. It is well positioned in the centre of Seefeld and it has excellent spa facilities although me and my wife being very reserved English nationals found it a shock and very humiliating to be told by a member of staff whilst in a crowded sauna that wearing swimwear was not allowed and only total nudity was permitted. We appreciate that rules are rules but that was not a requirement we had been made aware of prior to booking and for a couple who have also undergone quite disfiguring surgery, it was a major embarrassment and disappointment. That said the staff were all very friendly, professional and helpful and despite the aforementioned problem we had a wonderfully relaxing stay in a very beautiful Austrian town.

Ein sehr schön renoviertes Hotel. Zimmer grosszügig (Juniorsuite) mit Balkon. Vorneraus ist der Kirchenturm, läutet ab 7h morgens. SPA ist super schön und grosszügig, viel Raum zum relaxen, lesen und Tee trinken, einfach perfekt! Essen ist gut bis sehr gut, vernünftige Portionen und immer auch vegetarische Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die sympathisch geführte Wanderungen mit Emil sind empfehlenswert.

War alles gut ausser Personal im Restaurant könnte mehr aufmerksam sein. Zudem hatten wir immer das Wasser (Genussasser) gratis bekommen ausser am letzten Abend hiess es: Leitungswasser gibt es nur , wenn man Wein trinkt gratis dazu. Stand nirgends.

Schönes renoviertes Hotel im Zentrum von Seefeld. Toller Wellnessbereich mit Pool und verschiedenen Saunas. Tolles Frühstück. Einziger negativer Punkt wir hatten eine sehr laute und unfreundliche Servicefachkraft beim Abendessen. Ansonsten war alles gut.

Es war ein guter Aufenthalt, anfangs schwierig die Unterkunft zu finden. Mit Hilfe einer Beschreibung einer Einwohnerin kamen wir perfekt ans Ziel, da dass Navigationssystem es nicht fand. Grosse Auswahl des Frühstücksbuffet (für Leute mit Laktose Intoleranz) weniger Auswahl. Leider erhielten wir ein Tisch der nicht sauber war und der Tisch nebenan noch gebrauchtes Geschirr herumlag.

Als mehrfache Gäste der ehemaligen Krummers Post, sehen wir den Unterschied. Ist nicht mehr das gleiche, auch wenn es so dargestellt wird. Ein Ausgezeichnet ist leider überbewertet.

Der Spa war super - neu und groß. Massagen auch toll. Zimmer hatte Mini-Handtücher und keinen Wasserkocher, auch nicht auf Nachfrage, sonst klein aber in Ordnung (hatten ein Neues ohne Teppich). Was leider nicht gut war, war das Essen. Entweder versalzen (Spinat), vertrocknet (z.B. Mozzarella der ewig stand und dann aussen schon hart war) oder schlichtweg ohne Geschmack (Guacomole). Das Fleisch war immer gut, aber für 4* sehr viel Luft nach Oben. Service leider ebenso nicht herausragend, teils auch einfach sehr seltsam. Ein Spa-Tag ist sicher zu empfehlen, übernachten würde ich dort nicht mehr.

Spa exceptionnel Buffet Déjeuner très bien garni Service attentionné Demi-pension très bien, même si plat trop copieux. Chambres surchauffées… même en coupant le radiateur et fenêtre penchée on avait trop chaud la nuit. Impossible d’avoir une chambre obscure, aucune chambre n’a de store ou volets, uniquement 2 rideaux pour assombrir légèrement la chambre
