Beautiful apartment with gorgeous views

We made a last minute change to our travel plans and found this apartment. I did not see any pictures before arriving and was very surprised at how nice the accommodations are. Two bedrooms each with a loft and a queen. Large bathroom, shower and tub. All furnishings are very nice and modern. The view out the large windows is onto a cross country skiing area with the mountains shooting straight up. We were the only visitors during our stay but there are a few other units (maybe 4) with some above on the second floor. There is a shared sauna and game room as well. Short drive to Mittenwald on a winding road. There are parts of the road that only one car can pass at a time but the road is well maintained.

Ideale Reisezeit

Sehr schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung. Zwar nicht ganz so zentral, aber alles in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Aber wenn mann Mountainbiken will ideal. Zum Wandern viele Ziele die innerhalb von 10 km mit dem Auto erreichbar sind. Vor allem im Karwendelgebirge. Mit dem Auto in 10 min erreichbar. Mittenwald nur 4 km weg. Sonst wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier absolut richtig.

I recommend this accommodation. the location was very nice there was enough hikes in the area the hotel owner was very helpful and nice. but there is a cleaning fee that is added when you get there but there is not much so it's good to keep in mind many thanks for your helpfulness

Very nice, beatiful and clean place with all necessary facilities. We were staying here 5 nights. Bed was comfortable and clean. Owner was really polite and nice. It was better than we expected. We would recommend this place to all people. Also, there is sauna, pool, sport facilities on this property which was very useful on rainy weather. There are many trails with beautiful view around. The only thing we did not like was very slow wifi, but there are much more to do on this place than just sit by computer, so this was not big problem. Thank you for a nice time at this place!!! We would come back here again! :)

Vores lejlighed var super lækker med egen terrasse og have med bjergudsigt (og privat sauna, men vi var der i 30 grader). Sjov lille naturpool - god til forfriskning ikke til leg. Lejlighed moderne og ren. Der kræves bil eller cykler for at komme omkring, men området er flot og har mange fine vandreture.

Beautiful view to the mountain. Perfect design convinient apartment

We didn’t be ready to pay €45 for cleaning. And we can’t make a dish washer to work. There was not a conditioner, so we were made to open windows. It was loudly outside because of neighbors. The rest of our staying was really exellent.

Dejlig stor lejlighed i skønne omgivelser

Vi boede i den store lejlighed. Der er god plads og fine senge. Saunaen er et stort plus, og den lille pool er også god at have, ligesom den hyggelige terrasse. Køkken, badeværelse og toilet er helt i top. Medbring egen sæbe.

Beautiful location a short drive from Mittenwald!! Quiet and clean and our host was very kind. It was a bit tricky to find as the car navigation was a little off so be sure to arrange ahead of time with the host. There were not amenities as you'd expect in a hotel (no shampoo, bath soap, etc) but the little kitchen was great to fix basic meals and you just can't beat the view!! I would stay here again for sure but request a 2nd floor for better view. We really enjoyed our stay!

Die wohnung Anzian ist super modern,neuwertig,direkt an den Loipen und ruhig. Ich habe täglich Sauna genossen .Küche ist voll eingerichtet. Der Verwalter ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.Und natürlich zwei Schlafzimmer sind super für Schnarcher.

The acomodation appears quite new and was in excellent order throughout. Due to the around 2 meters of snow we did not really see anything of the pool etc, but as it was s Skiing trip this was not a problem. The property is quite a way out of Leutasch and actually closer to Mittenwald so quite isolated - a car is essential. We only had the one bedroom apartment so it was quite small but adequate for our needs.

Wunderschöne Bergkulisse aus fast allen Räumen. Highlight war die Privatsauna und der eigene Terrassen/Gartenbereich. Wir waren zu Zweit für 6 Tage im Apartment und hatten genügend Platz zum Wohlfühlen. Für den Preis, hätten wir uns gerne etwas mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht, aber was nicht ist, kann ja noch werden ;) Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war hervorragend!

Stunning apartment with fantastic views

Excellent location, many nearby hiking and cycling routes, close to the stunning Mittenwald and several other towns. Apartment was superb with great views - a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

Gigantische Lage mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Das Appartment ist nahezu neu und auch sehr sauber. Die Lage ist gigantisch. Einziger Kritikpunkt sind die Betten und der fehlende Rollladen im Schlafzimmer. Die Betten sind zu klein für zwei erwachsene Personen und knarzen bei jeder Bewegung. Durch die fehlende Verdunkelung ist man ab 6 Uhr im Sommer wach. Eine sehr gute Grundausstattung mit Töpfen, Pfannen und Messern ist vorhanden.
