"Shower in room did not work and there were areas of the room that required a deeper clean. We also had an intoxicated customer arrive at our room door during the night and trying to break the door open. Staff however were excellent and made our stay."

"Loved the waterfront, great food at restaurant and clean room. Surprised how walkable it was to explore the city. Special mention to Lorraine who was so lovely and kind to us during our stay. Reception, Restaurant Staff were very attentive and professional. Very quick to clear tables and keep guests ..."
