"My wife and I stayed in the apartment for 4 nights and we both absolutely loved it. Perfect size property for 2 maybe 3 people. Very clean and well taken care of. Walk out your door and you’re right in the heart of Porto, very close to the river and popular tourist areas. The condo is very well sound proofed that you don’t hear anything on the streets at night. I highly recommend staying here."

"The hotel was located on a slope . If you call a taxi, they will be able to go up the slope . My daughter and I call Uber and we had to literally haul up our luggages up the slope to reach the hotel . So that really take away the nice experience I had staying at the hotel ."

El ascensor es tan pequeño, que entras tú y tu maleta. Pero como no hay recepcionista las 24 horas, no nos parecía muy confiable de usar. Terminaba uno de nosotros usando la escalera, que no era nuestra idea al elegir alojarse aquí."

He wanted to be close to the water with a water view and Gran Cruz House delivered. From initial booking, staff were responsive to all my queries and when we ran into airline flight cancellation issues, they were supportive and helpful. Antonio checked us into the hotel when we finally arrived one day after we were supposed to arrive. He was professional, helpful, and friendly....
