"Excellent breakfast and helpful staff"

"Ich war 4 Tage alleine im Hotel. Alle waren super nett und freundlich. Auch abends bei meiner Ankunft war alles vorbereitet und es gab einen sehr herzlichen Empfang. Das Hotel liegt mitten in der Fußgängerzone, daher ist die U-Bahn nur ein paar Minuten entfernt, ebenso der Hafen. Ich komme gerne wieder. "

"The hotel is difficult to reach from a main road and one must walk up a very steep incline to reach the hotel which is poorly marked. No reception with difficulty in obtaining the entry codes. Then we were place at the very top room which had a very tight winding stairs without a handrail and was extremely difficult to lug a suitcase up. "Zimmer sauber, sehr gute Betten, schönes Bad. Verdunkeln gut möglich. Frühstück mit großer Auswahl, teils Buffet, teils aif Bestellung frischvfemacht. Klasse. Anreise erfolgte mit Uber, keine Parkplätze am Hotel. Lage sehr gut. Personal sehr nett und gut. "

"We stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment as a couple and couldn’t have been happier with our choice! Well positioned, lovely staff cared for the apartments and also the staff at the 7g Roaster cafe where breakfast was served each morning, bring plentiful and tasty. The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, had everything that was required for our stay, contemporary and modern. So glad that a friend recommended this property for our stay and I’d always stay here again when returning, thank you xx"

"Breakfast area needs some help. Overly crowded and I cannot say the service was good either since they did not get any of my family member's order right. The roof top restaurant was esp slow. One time, our order took more than an hr and by the time we got food, it was already too cold to eat. Overall, the room did not match the picture, service wasn’t good and breakfast was disappointing. However, the view from the hotel lobby was incredible. "

"The hotel was at the heart of the city and made it very convenient to commute to other places in the city! The service was impeccable - right from the check-in to check-out. I had to check-out very early in the morning and the hotel staff were so thoughtful with helping me arrange for a taxi to pick me up at a scheduled time and prepare a breakfast box for me to take. The room was beautiful and I loved using the spa amenities as well! Overall, I would highly recommend staying here! :-)"

"We absolutely loved our stay!! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and gave us a ton of local recommendations. The room and hotel were very clean, and the breakfast was fantastic as well. The location was also prime- walking distance to so much, and a quick walk down to the water front. I recommend taking the hop on/hop on bus down the street to explore the rest of Porto. We will definitely be back! "

"Great communication w/manager. Elevator (yay!). Could have used more towels. Washer/dryer combo (we did not use). Basic plates, cups, mugs, utensils. Could have used a platter, a pitcher and a rubber spatula. Loved having 2 bedrooms w/king (double beds pushed together) & twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Nice hot water, great water pressure. Coffee maker, electric hot water kettle & microwave all in great condition. Close to river, but no view from inside apartment. Very hilly city (which we loved) -...
