"We arrived late morning and a room was prepared for us within an hour"

"This was a good stay. I think staying here is a very good value. My comments are that there was no cold water in my bathroom, it remained warm my whole stay. Annoying but not the end of the world. Second, the room was freezing when I entered, called the front desk and they told me it was due to the sudden change in weather and told me it would warm up. One hour later the room was still freezing, and I looked at the room thermostat, and it was on air conditioning, so I switched it to heat and...

"Wonderful , clean property! Professional , friendly staff."

"I called ahead of time to ensure late check in, they said they would check me in early and note that I won’t actually be arriving until later. I came in the next day and they said the reservation had been canceled because I was checking in too late and I have to “take it up with expedia.” However, I had stayed at this same location and checked in late at the same time the week before and there was no issues. They made a mistake this time and then told me there was nothing they could do about it...

"Very nice & clean. Only takes card though even for snacks."

"Was a mess with construction lots of maintenance needed"

"The manager and staff of this hotel were amazing. The front desk personnel are welcoming and happy to assist you with anything you might need plus their knowledge of the metropolitan area. My room was immaculately clean and the housekeeper asked me if I needed anything additional from her department every time I saw her. I needed nothing else because the room was so well equipped. The breakfast was delicious and the variety of selections could please any palate. Coffee and fruit are...

"Check in/out was easy, breakfast was tasty, room was clean and ready with towels. The only noticeable issue was the ac was a bit loud for my husband. Otherwise we quite happy with our stay"

"So, the staff was at the mercy of tempermental tech. W e e e lliked it a lot otherwise!"

"The staff, the room & overall facility was very nice. No complaints concerning the room. Staff helped us on more than one occasion. The pool was under repair. If it was listed as such in the notice I missed it. I wish things like this were mentioned before booking."

"Very smelly room. Ice machine didn’t work work on our floor. Tub took forever to drain from a shower. Just an older building that hasn’t been updated. I did like the complimentary breakfast & the close distance it was to Bob Evans & Roosters. There was plenty of parking."
