"The are around the property had lots of shopping and restaurants which was great.the hotel itself was very dirty,when you walk in the carpets were filthy,yoy could see the grime on the banister of the mainstairway, well had chips of paint missing and there was animal hair throughout all the main walkways. When asked to get extra towels or toilet paper my spouse was treated very rudely. The bathroom had two different types of Lights and two light bulbs out so it was very difficult to do my makeup...
"Staff members, especially the front desk, were so friendly, professional, and helpful. I appreciate everything they did for us during our stay. The breakfast was very good also. Quick walking distance from the Great Lakes Crossings mall. Would definitely stay here again! "
