"Stayed at Hotel White Rock while recovering from surgery. There was a booking ussue upon arrival, however Sangeeta was able to resolve it very professionally and quickly, even adding an extra free day as compensation. Exceptional customer service. The hotel is in a good location, with close access to an airtel store for help with sim cards and other services you'd need while travelling. The hotel also has 2 restaurants, a nightclub/bar and the rooms are superb. Very highly recommend, one of the best places I've stayed in."

"There was a broken switch board in bathroom, water pressure was not that great in shower or toilet bidet. TV’s were not working. They did not recharge Tata Sky it seems."

"The location - right next to the KSRTC satellite bus station near Mysore Road. That is the reason for my stay at this hotel. The room was just OK. I would not have stayed here if I came with family. "
