The staff remembered us fondly from last year..it is located in a quiet, beautiful part of Mumbai and the hotel itself is an historic building..Will certainly stay again next time my family is in Mumbai."

During my hotel stay, they wanted to fix the drainage issue. so I need to allow them for 10-15 min in my room.
I requested for hair dryer 3-4 times but they said we will send you but they did not. That was too bad"
