"The property is absolutely stunning, really well looked after and you can tell a lot of effort is made to maintain this. Location is good, and easy to walk or get taxi pick ups. We requested an additional bed, that I confirm in email twice before our 3am arrive, however this wasnt ready when we checked in (not great when we had been travelling all day and just wanted to get straight to bed). A staff person (who was delivering newspapers) grabbed it out of my hands. But I never received it that evening. I called the front desk, but they did not return my call and did not know. Next morning, the same staff person who had picked the laundry bag said he does not remember anything. Different staff people kept asking...

"On first day, our rooms were pretty much unclean. After a serious conversation with management they started cleaning rooms more adequately and daily. Water was warm just between 6am and 10am. If you needed/wanted to take a shower at any other time, you needed to ask for hot water and it would take 10/15 minutes for them to warm water again. "I couldn't stay in this hotel so moved out immediately after check in. The restroom is rusted, bed is terrible and a stinking smell in the room. I have not received the refund either. The price which i have paid is no where close for this type of hotels. Both the exorbitant price and the pictures were not real"

"The rooms advertised on Hotels.com are different from what you get. My booking was for "extra sitting space" and and an "outdoor patio" that can sleep three persons.
