"They couldn't find my reservation at first and seemed unprepared even though I had messaged and communicated with them about what time I should arrive by. I had to leave around 6:30 for a funeral and inquired about breakfast and was told they had prepared it and I didn't even get a cup of coffee. The only reason I booked them was because they stated that breakfast was included 😑 It's a convenient stay if you want something cheap and quick but the service is a work in progress."

"The location was convenient for me. Price was affordable and offered breakfast. The elevator was small but steps was the way for me. Shower door took some work to open and close. Rooms are big with 2 king beds so bring a friend. Security guard at nights. Very helpful staff. Will definitely consider Metro again for future trips. Thank you"

"The location is amazing for enjoying nature and the unspoilt environment, with great views if hummingbirds in the garden. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were kind and attentive, with knowledgable guides always on hand. A lovely exprience."

"Overall the stay was good, however my room did not have a window. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff is also very nice."

"The room was comfortable. Hot water took some time to come on. Breakfast was excellent!!! A special shoutout to Michelle (supervisor) for accommodating our requests and helping us through the check-in process. Downside: hotel maintenance is needed."

"This property is poorly maintained and unfortunately, I don’t think I would be back unless major renovations take place. The food was well done, and we do appreciate the complementary anniversary dinner, however, the preparation time is way too long. Furniture in the room needs to be deep cleaned. While I appreciate the upgrade of our room, the bottom of the bed frame looked as though there was mildew all over and I had to put a sheet to block the site of it. "Wonderful! We couldn’t have wished for such a warm and restful stay! A beautiful house, managed by an amazing family! The views of the hills in the distance and the staghorn plants that surround as you take a dip in the pool are incredibly peaceful. The breakfast was amazing, the neighbors and the shop up the road were so kind. We walked to grocrey stores and restaurants every evening! We will be back every time we visit Trinidad. "
