It's no Premier Inn, but it's not Premier Inn money. The rooms are clean, the shower works well, the staff are friendly. I've been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I stay here every time I work in the area. Rooms basic, but clean and comfortable. Staff downstairs very friendly. It is above a pub though, so can be noisy.

Great location for seeing local areas IE Cleethorpes, Humberstone etc. Safe. Fantastic staff, Kerry was brilliant made us feel very welcome and looked after us, nothing was too much trouble! Good value for money. Looking forward to booking again.

The hotel was clean as was the room Reasonable on suite with enough towels Bar is large and well stocked but no food available other than bar snacks That extends to no evening catering or breakfast facilities This is a hotel for workers who just need a comfortable stay with no bells or whistles Tea available in room with kettle Very close to my work location which was excellent but would not recommend for a weekend away Overall value for money is good just don’t expect too much Staff very friendly although did not volunteer or mention WiFi which is available

Budget . Ok

Staff helpful, plenty of parking granted at 40quid a night it was clean. Could do with painting over old stains on roof . Room 1 over the entrance music stopped at 10pm fine but all the local alccys out shouting till 11.30 not great whem your wimdows open on the hottest day of the year. Also the lights outside shining up against the sign you had to drop the blinds

Over night stay

We stayed in room 5 the room suze was good bathroom was nice but the floor was dusty. The bed was comfortable but could have done with 2 pillows. The skirting under the window was very dusty as was the top of the headboard on the bed. There was no mattress protector. The price was good it was comfortable could just have done with a bit more tlc from housekeepers the staff in the bar and on reception were nice and friendly

I stayed Saturday night, it was very noisy, thumping music from downstairs til after midnight. Very little sound insulation, I could hear the people in the next room, Sunday morning, erm, enjoying themselves. Room and bathroom clean, bed was comfortable.

Very dirty mould in bathroom pillows on bed a disgrace no food not would t recomend it even if its the last resort
