"Even after taking full payment in advance and confirming the booking,
when i reached property they said they are fully booked and nothing can be done.
Rude staff asked me to dispute with Expedia who are refusing to refund.
This hotel is a scam… AVOID!!"

"All receptionists were really very professional and helpful. This made my stay in Riyadh much easier.
They always managed any asks I had to my satisfactory - luggage's, ordering food and transportation advices. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is not far from the metro station, where you can take the yellow line directly to the airport. In KAFD you can change to the blue and go to the Olaya district or National museum. Pease, be aware of that there is not cleaning service everyday. If you need anything, just connect with reception."
