"We booked this hotel for one night at the end of a three week trip. We arrived on a Sunday late evening after a long drive from Lisbon. Parking was very hard to find and had to walk a long way back to the hotel. Our room had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee .When I went to reception to ask for tea and coffee I was told I could purchase some from them!!! or bring my own? We are global travellers and irrespective of hotel class where a kettle was provided there would be tea /coffee, I would have to purchase a box of tea bags a carton of milk and a packet of sugar. We were flying back home next morning making this a waste of money. The floor of our room was dirty under foot when you walk in bare feet. I later enquired about about the price of their wine and the prices were astronomical considering Portuguese wine is so reasonable this was taking the proverbial. The cooked breakfast was a bit disappointing, scrambled eggs very runny, bacon not real" bacon" no sausages, mushrooms or tomatoes . In a nutshell disappointing all around . Wouldn't go back and wouldn't recommend."

"Have stayed at the hotel many times and like the location, rooms and rooftop restaurant and pool. Enjoyed our latest stay but under the new ownership, breakfast buffet selection not as strong and room cleaning sometimes as late as 5pm and beyond"

"Room was fine, executive suite was mostly undecorated and echoes a lot as a result, also lots of doors in and out (one in each room. So three doors into your room is strange). Also with executive suite, you have an area of the roof terrace as your balcony, it is not private, just FYI. It was clean enough but there was hair from before wrapped around the bed frame and shower was plastic wrapped which was strange, but I guess saves them cleaning the tiles down. Mostly we felt scammed at the end, charged €5 to leave our bag for 1hr while we got breakfast. It doesnt sound much, but we are extensively travelled and have never been charged to leave our bag on departure day. Especially as we could have just left the bag in our room and checked out at 11am which would have cost nothing, but they didnt tell us they charge until after check out. Seemed a bit money grabby and the woman on reception was a bit rude. But generally its fine, good location and comfortable enough for a short cheap-ish stay."

"Friendly check in, room was clean and comfortable - you request whether or not you want the room serviced daily. Recycling bin in room. Kettle. Towels were large and fluffy. Shower hot. Just couldnt get air conditioning to work even with door to balcony closed. Bed was comfortable with spare pillows. Did not have breakfast as ate locally. Great location for shops and restaurants."

"The Hotel and Staff were both stunning, everyone from reception to Pool Bar did everything possible to make our short stay extremely enjoyable. Room was spotless, bed very comfortable and a TV with Worldwide coverage (if you cared enough to think of home ), Tea and Coffee making facilities had no milk, this was immediately resolved by staff. Location is excellent, short walk in all directions brings you out at bars and cafes of Olhao."

"Love this place. Very convenient for the airport with a nice pool and sun loungers. Sadly the restaurant next door has closed since our last visit but Pingo Doce supermarket is only a short walk for a picnic or they have a cafe. Only improvement would be a kettle in the room!"

"The room smelt lovely upon entering, very clean and functional, no extra tho' eg coffee tea making facilities, which makes you get up for breakfast. 24hour bar service means you can have tea coffee or whatever you wish at anytime. The staff are happy to help and ordering drinks after midnight was done with a by the duty staff. Breakfast was good value for money."
