Room was beautiful and staff were friendly and helpful. Some large cobwebs on the high ceilings. Room super warm but luckily the windows opened

Great location and room was perfect. Smart TV a nice touch. Contrary to what Hotel.com say, the hotel doesn't have parking so you need to park in the 24 hour car park a street away. Check in was confusing as you had to go to a different hotel across the road but it was fine. You also have to go there ...

The hotel had spacious rooms and a good restaurant. Did not use the pool but it was a confortable place to stay.

The holiday was amzazing, the rooms could do with a re-vamp. We could see loads of work going on. Definitely on our to come back list.

It is our first visit and we shall be back. Had excellent meal in an Iralian restaurant near sea front. Also in a family cafe near the front. We walked a couple of hills but need to come back to take on Hillsborough the statue on the harbour is ama
Ilfracombe generally somewhat run down but plenty of other things within North Devon, that are easily within reach in a car, more than compensate. Exmoor and many of the beaches are a delight.
Ilfracombe seemed a bit tired but the Damien Hirst artwork ‘Verity’ was very striking standing on the pier.
Ilfracombe is a nice place to visit, shame the people in the nice place are miserable buggers
Was a village steeped in history St Nicholas chapel was well worth the walk
