"Nice location and great room size. Nice lounge with a good dj and outside atmosphere. But breakfast was botched. The catering staff was totally unprepared for something they do every day or busy weekend. We had to wait an hour for breakfast items to be replaced. Once the food was brought out, out of the 4 staffers in the room only one was allowed to serve the buffet. After the guests yelled at them to assist the server, then another staffer joined to serve. Besides that, grounds was meticulous, and staff generally was pleasant. Would give a second chance. "

I especially appreciated the 24/7 power supply, which allowed me to keep the room nice and cool despite the hot weather outside. The food was delicious with great variety, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. They checked in frequently to make sure I was comfortable, which made me feel truly valued as a guest. The pool area was clean and relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The club was lively and very entertaining — definitely a highlight of my stay! He ensured that each issue was handled thoroughly and efficiently, all while maintaining professionalism, patience, and grace. "The property was different from what they advertised on their site. I could not leave to go to another hotel, because I had paid for the room in advance and it would take six working days to get my refund. The room had an insect problem with a shower that flooded every time it was used. I cam there from the United States to get married, and I was embarrassed by the quality of the room that we had. The swimming pool area and bar area was neglected and needed love and attention. The internet service there was intermittent and mostly unreliable. I wish that I could some kind of refund, because of the false advertisement and poor hotel quality."
