"Quite impersonal hotel like other large resort type hotels. Parking was full on arrival but their team helped park in the street. Heat wasn’t adjustable although it was quite cold that night. "

"On Aug 26 We reserved one night through Expedia. When we arrived, we found that the hotel gate is locked with a chain and doors are locked the hotel seems closed for a while or out of business. I contacted the Expedia agent. I never get my refund back and you guys you still advertising this hotel in your website. Even contacting the owner and no answer so ever."
