Reception staff were very welcoming, warm, and helpful with suggestions and directions. The room was comfortable but could be updated. Breakfast was good and very reasonably priced. Great location close to bus and train station, walkable to major sites.

The hotel itself is lovely in a beautiful setting with very friendly staff and great facilities.
