"Very friendly staff "

"Had at great stay at the royal sun. Our apartment was beautiful and we had everything we could need. We had a three bed on the top floor. The facilities in the room were superb, especially the jacuzzi. The bathrobe and slippers were a nice touch too. Beds were very comfortable. Whole apartment was spotless and great quality towels. "A great hotel offering a central base for Playa de las Americas and Cristianos, both offering restaurants, shops and bars galore to suit all tastes. The hotel is basic but is always clean, comfortable and has lovely helpful staff in reception and pool bar which is very popular."

"It was our fourth or fifth time at the resort over the last twenty years. An ideal place to stay if you're looking for some sun, peace & quiet (excepting the planes coming in to land at Tenerife South, but at least it's not directly under the flight path like some). Reception staff are always helpful and any issues are dealt with quickly. We stayed in a newly renovated room, certainly a step up on our early stays. Happy to go back again in the next year or two."

"Nel panorama dei "mostri" alberghieri che la circondano, la struttura era assolutamente piacevole (nonostante le grandi dimensioni). Dotata di tutti i servizi e adatta soprattutto per famiglie. Il nostro appartamento era molto grande, provvisto di un bel terrazzo ed, essendo all'ultimo piano, relativamente tranquillo. Il parcheggio della struttura era molto comodo ma a pagamento. "

"First holiday away since a heavy spine surgery. Staff were welcoming, attentive, knowledgeable, kind. Recommendations to local attractions and explainibg how the taxi and bus system works (titsa app) allowing me to save money on travel and take the scenic routes. The hotel was incredibly secure ( as a woman, i felf very safe staying alone) and the outside and surrounding area is stunning, facilties are incredibly clean. Hands down, the best hotel i have stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone!...

"Für uns war es eigentlich nur ein „not“ hotel, da unser eigentliches Hotel nicht zumutbar war. Umso überraschter waren wir über dieses sehr gepflegte Hotel. Die Anlage wird gut in Schuss gehalten, unser Zimmer war grandios und überstreckte sich über zwei Etagen (Küche, zwei Bäder, Wohnzimmer, zwei Schlafzimmer, drei Balkone) und das Essen war auch top. Würden wir so jederzeit buchen. "

"Great Apartments, clean & modern, not too far from all the hustle and bustle however is on top of quite a steep hill, we just hired e-scooters for the week and was fine but would definitely stay again, did t try the hotel food other than the toasties at the pool so couldn’t comment on the food but the toasties were great! Top tip get your drinks from supermarket at the hotel pool bar more than triple the shop "
