"We had a fabulous holiday. We arrived early and the reception staff were friendly and very helpful with checking us into our room.
The room was on the top floor,spacious and clean.
We went to the restaurant the staff are very polite and helpful, the food good quality and enjoyable.
Later we went to sit by the pool and enjoy the relaxing, peace and quiet. The pool is a good size .
Well done to all the staff for making our short break an enjoyable one."

"Omer the owner greeted us on arrival at 5am and showed us to our rooms we did order triple bed room and another double and single instead got 2 rooms triple which wasn't appropriate for the young child that sleeps with my sister. The next day he did change it to what we ordered. Opposite hotel is Scotia bar they are extremely loud and play music til 1-2am. I complained to omer and said they stop at midnight this was not the case and went to bed sleepless for 2 nights. 3rd night I made him call...

"The property was amazing for my partner and I, it was relaxing and had great facilities to cook in. Shops are in walking distance as is the beach. Our tv signal went due poor weather and without hesitation we were moved right away and had no further issues. Place was clean and tidy and I would stay there again. Thank you "

"We lasted 1 night we had to check out and pay for another hotel.
No one could speak English communication was terrible, the room was dirty and restaurant was that filthy and unhygienic I wouldn’t feed an animal in there, there was no way we could eat there we would have got ill."

"This hotel was terrible. The air conditioning broke and water poured all over the table. There were no facilities in the room (no fridge meant there was no access to water in the room). Also hardly any, sometimes no running water for a shower or even to brush your teeth comfortably. Bedding was very poor quality and not even a table on the balcony.
The staff were friendly and approachable but were unable to help with such poor facilities."
