"There was a very bad mildew smell to the property , the drains wouldn’t drain in the shower and the property was unfortunately damaged from the storm that recently passed through."

"Room smelled a bit like mold, was told to get out of shower on night two due to leaking onto second floor and wasn’t given an option to switch rooms. Then the tv didn’t work. The staff however was extremely polite and understanding as well as helpful with trying to get the tv back working. However felt like I should have been comped or given a discount due to the circumstances."

"It looks like they tried to go the absolute cheapest route to "update" this hotel. No one ever answered the desk phone but would send an automated text while it was still ringing that also offered to help but was in fact useless. The deadbolt didn't work on the door & when asked to switch rooms the lady at the desk said oh well that the slide bar would be enough & that it wasnt her job to "fix things". She said something to the same effect when we couldn't get the TV to work. There was a huge...

"Price was right for a one night stay. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom."

"The hotel had a fresh clean smell upon walking in the door. The room was comfortable. The breakfast area was clean and had a good breakfast; although, the waffle machine was out of products. Front lady at the desk could have been friendlier. I guess she was having a bad day cause the computer was down. Wasn’t my fault. She said her speech about if you need anything, let me know, but I could tell she didn’t mean it. Room was clean minus a little bit of hair in shower. I’m sure housekeeping...

"Great customer service. Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms were super clean. Room is equipped with full size fridge, stove/oven, microwave, coffee machine. Separate living room. Breakfast had a wide selection. No powdered eggs ☺️. Hotel has laundry onsite. Ample parking, no fee. Close to shopping, restaurants, highway. Air vondiyioner worked great. The only issue was the fridge was loud. I would definitely stay here again."

"Great place! Lots of scents - ended up being allergic to their hand soap and lotion, but otherwise great stay!"

"Cute new boutique hotel. They recently added access to a local gym for the guests. Beautiful pool area. Very convenient as guests can walk to all the restaurants and nightlife downtown."

"Always a nice place to stay, rooms are always clean and spacious, friendly staff. The pool was out of service which was a huge bummer but the indoor pool and hot tubs were functional and we could use our neighbor hotel pools"

"outstanding! great location (very close to BJ'S, note for gas),"

"We absolutely loved the lazy river and spent a lot of time at the pool! The breakfast was top notch and delicious. The room was spacious and the balcony was fun to have. Nice view and the couch was comfy"
