"Sheets didn’t fit the bed. Didn’t even go over the corners of the mattress and top sheet only went over the top of mattress. Very disappointing ☹️ as we didn’t notice till we went to get into bed. No one to fix it at 10:00 pm!!! Very uncomfortable sleep to say the least. "

"The bathtubs were black, my crew which was staying there for a job couldnt even stay there the night because they were getting bit in the beds. If there were zero stars to give I'd do that. This place should be condemned. "

"Room was missing basic amenities and front office did not have them either- bath soap, hand soap! Toilet was clogged and had to call twice to get it repaired. Carpets were stained! Old and smelly room, noisy room air conditioning. "

"The staff was very friendly and welcoming during check-in. They had nice cold freshwater, which is always nice. The ice machine was not working on the first floor. The first floor bathroom was out of toilet paper and the trash was over filling everywhere. Our room was nice and tidy looking until we went to the sheets and they were stained with what look like food. The bathroom was OK. This hotel was our go to place every time we visited Midland, which is at least once a month from spring to fall it’s just sad how fast its upkeep is dwindling."

We were told at check-in that breakfast would be available until 10 the next morning (Sunday), and this was consistent with printed notices, but when we went down at 9:15 the food was already cleared.
