"Quiet, clean room"

"Such a great stay. Super clean and perfect location. Staff super friendly and professional. Parking is easy and in a garage behind the hotel. We had breakfast and our server was great. Food was good. Could be a little warmer but we will return."

"The room needed some maintenance. The paneling on the wall was peeling, the toilet didn’t flush properly, and the paint needed to be touched up. The staff were phenomenal though!"

"This was my first time staying at a Kimpton property and I was really impressed! We loved everything about it. The bath products you provided were amazing, the robes were super comfortable, the pillows and the bed were extremely comfortable. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious! And, the grounds and arboretum were gorgeous! Thank you for a wonderful experience!"

"Cleanliness"

"Excellent location, free parking, excellent breakfast menu."

"Dirty towels from previous visitor left in my room, cockroach crawling through the room, dirty blanket, chipping paint on doors, groups of construction workers, lingering late at night, drinking beer, close to our room, unhealthy, and minimal breakfast with poor coffee."

"Thanks"
