"It is definitely very well located on Main Street. All restaurants are nearby. Parking is included. It is relatively clean but don’t expect a hotel service. It is a motel despite what they tell you. So expect to be in a. Orel but at least clean when you enter. No cleaning service is offer immediately. You need to clean your room by yourself because cleaning. "The whole staff was excellent. The manager even took time to map out all of the attractions for us to go see. The room was very clean and every day the maid did a wonderful job cleaning the room while we were gone. The continental breakfast was great. We had everything we needed to eat to start the day. The Inn was located within walking distance to all the Hyannis shops. It only took us 5 minutes to walk to the shops. I highly recommend this Inn for your next stay in Hyannis. "

"The staff there were pleasant but the rooms were not well kept. They were in the process of remodeling one side of the hotel. The first room provided to us did not look clean. They offered me a different room that was just remodeled which was better. The hotel is close to Main Street Hyannis so you can walk from the hotel on the strip to plenty of shops and restaurants, which was the plus side to this stay. "
