"The garbage pails both outside the front door and in the lobby by the doors were over flowing. They need to be changing the garbage bags more often. Our room is a little dated and I felt the carpet needed a good cleaning. Other than that, everything was great"

"We truly appreciated everyone who works at Tru by Marriott in Fort Mill! Laura was a rockstar and helped us get checked in and settled. She was also so kind and friendly and talked with us like we were long lost friends. The hotel was great! Good breakfast options each day and fun game room to entertain our family while we waited for others. Very much appreciate everyone and everything!"
