we stayed for 1 night in this lovely guesthouse. self serve hot cocoa was available on the 2nd floor, and the bathrooms were up there as well. the location is perfect walking distance from the harbour where we were able to see the northern lights dancing. we stayed on the ground floor right beside the check in desk, and our room had a lovely view of the creek and scenery outside.

Very conveniently located in city. Our bedrooms were in attic(kind of) and it was little uncomfortable but overall clean. House is old, too many cracking noise while walking.

Friendly and cozy house and the location by the river BĂșĂ°arĂĄ is great. The guesthouse is on the banks of the ornamental garden, so a lovely morning walk is just around the corner. The room was spacious and clean, with tea and coffee area and 3 restrooms across the hall. They even welcomed my little dog with a little blanket, a water bowl and treats! Not a common thing in Iceland. The owners live in the house so assistance is never far away.

The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. They make an effort to make you feel comfy. The house is shoes off and you can have some flip flops like at home. I took the breakfast and was super tasty. Simple and healthy. The rooms are not completely sealed so you can get some sounds from the hallway and the room next door. This for very sensible people could be something to think about. But it’s not really bad. And they provide you with earplugs in the room which I thought was a very nice detail. I would definitely stay again if I’m back in husavik :)

Struttura graziosa e in pieno centro. Host presente e disponibile. La nostra stanza da 3 era grande, pulita e accuratamente arredata, nonchĂ© prevista di asciugamani, vestaglie e di un tavolo con tutto il necessario per la colazione (fuorchĂ© il microonde, nonostante quanto scritto nella descrizione). Per la colazione, l’host ha messo a disposizione degli ospiti frutta, biscotti e caffĂš. Vi Ăš inoltre un piccolo frigorifero condiviso e la possibilitĂ  di utilizzare lavatrice e asciugatrice a pagamento (a mio giudizio troppo elevato). I bagni condivisi erano molto puliti e moderni. La struttura non dispone di parcheggio ma Ăš possibile lasciare l’auto nelle vicinanze gratuitamente.

Huono epÀammittainen palvelu

Arbol on hyvÀllÀ sijainnilla ja kauniisti sisustettu. Mutta huoneet ovat liian pieniÀ ja seinÀt todella ohuet. Ilmanvaihto olematon, joten yöllÀ oli tukalaa, vaikka ulkona oli vain n. 10c. Talossa ei ole paikkaa, missÀ kuivata mÀrkiÀ vaatteita, pyyhkeitÀ tai uimapukuja kylpylÀssÀkÀynnin jÀlkeen. Laitoimme vettÀvaluvat uimapuvut kuivumaan kylpyhuoneeseen mutta henkilökunta oli ottanut ne pois ja laittaneet mÀrÀt uimapuvut suljettuun muovipussiin. Olisi siis ilmeisesti heidÀn mielestÀ ollut parempi laittaa ne kuivaamaan huoneessa ja tiputtamaan kaikki vedet kokolattiamatolle. Meille oli sÀhköpostissa vahvistettu neljÀlle aikuiselle, kaikki naisia erilliset twin vuoteet, mutta toisessa huoneessa oli kuitenkin kapea parivuode. Siksi yksi meistÀ joutui nukkumaan lattialla ensimmÀisen yön. Henkilökunnan mielestÀ he eivÀt ole korvaus/kompensaatio velvollisia, vaikka virhe oli aivan selkeÀsti sÀhköposti kirjeenvaihdon mukaan heidÀn. Tappelun jÀlkeen suostuivat 15% hinnan alennukseen, joka on todella pieni tuohon lattialla nukkumiseen suhteutettuna.
