Staff were very helpful and found a new room for them on the ground floor when they realised my mother in law struggled with stairs. The room was very comfortable and clean. My executive room no. 18 was furnished very well and decorated with style from the owner with a middle eastern tasteful but lavish style which continued throughout the rest of the hotel

The bathroom was large and ,i was very happy with that space. Althoigh it would have benefited with inderfoor heating or the towel rail being able to switch on. I like a warm bathroom!
