"liked clean room and friendly welcome disliked the dust on the saucers - accept this may be a change in management issue overall a pleasant stay"

"Clean and tidy rooms, fantastic shower seats table and ash tray out side rooms and pet friendly. Enjoyed our stay"

"Clean room polite staff comfortable bed"

"Everything was great, clean and spacious. The bathtub in the room was a great experience and definitely worth the extra. It's also in walking distance to a big park, botanical garden and many restaurants."

"Get some decent toilet paper!"

"Clean and tidy rooms. Easily accessible to the motorway but nice and quiet. The pub next door had great meals too! Would happily stay here again."

"Room was overall clean however some stains were present on the carpet and some furniture. There was no free water in our room at least - only canned water which was for sale only. The pool was freezing cold in October - heating would greatly help. Staff was lovely and service was fast. Location is amazing and easy to walk to mostly everything you could want."

"I only stay one night in the room no 10. There are some good things, but I will not mention them. The air condition on the wall was very noisy and I don’t think it works properly. I only used it as a heater for the room. The toilet and shower room is so old. I think the owner should refurbished it with newer tiles, and shower mixer (hot and cold) water."

"This place has character! The location is also excellent!"

"Easy to find - the pool was a pleasant surprise - breakfast was quick and delicious chef understood what we wanted very grateful as I have a picky eater"

"Upon entering the room. Door filthy and coming of hinges, paint peeling of walls, cabinet doors and internal doors swelling and separating from frame, half empty drink bottle next to bed, used bandaid on floor with other wrappers, floors filthy, Blood stain on doonah cover. Laminate peeling of walls. Second room offered almost as bad, no bandaid or rubbish in that one. Not fit for human habitation property should be condemed. Gross misrepresentation on Expedia."

"Would not encourage anyone to stay here"

"Great simple motel that’s clean and functional. Staff were great and very helpful. Will definitely be stopping by here on our trips from Melbourne to Sydney."

"Good value and clean "
