The rooms were small, but I wasn't really missing anything. They were also extremely clean, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I really couldn't ask for anything more.

The hotel is brand new, so was very clean. We loved the game area after a long day of travel. The local board near the lobby was helpful for finding a dinner spot. Staff was very attentive and helpful and the room was very comfortable. The breakfast was standard hotel breakfast, but it was well set up, clean, and the dining area was welcoming. Would recommend!

The hotel is beautiful, staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the walls are paper thin, you can hear a pin drop in the next room. I guess that’s why you can’t put the tv louder than a whisper. Up all night listening to all the rooms around me, up, down, left and right

The hotel is new, staff is super friendly! The floors of our room were really dirty, and it was noisy. The walls are thin, we could hear voices and loud footsteps through the ceiling and walls. That was just a construction issue, not enough insulation or sound suppression. Breakfast was decent - oatmeal, yogurt, pancakes, egg frittata, sausage, bagels. All was fresh and warm!

This hotel is very new, clean, and well maintained. The staff is friendly. The hotel is located in a clean, quiet area with a pond view (behind the hotel). Parking is safe and located all around the hotel with many spots available. The two drawbacks about this hotel are: 1. The PAPER THIN walls and 2. The breakfast. The walls are so very thin that you will need to bring your own fan to drown out the sounds of your next door neighbors. Thankfully, we were on the 4th floor with only one occupied room beside us sharing a wall. I can't imagine being on a lower floor and hearing the sounds of everyone. We were awoken to our noisy neighbors voices and slamming luggage multiple times. It got so bad at one point, that I considered calling down to the desk to report them. Needless to say, we didn't get much sleep. The beds are ok, very firm. The breakfast was just subpar. The toaster burned just about everything that went into it and there was no way for people to turn down the level of toasting. We ate breakfast both days with the smell of burning bread wafting through the air. If you don't like eggs, sugary cereal, pancakes, and plain vanilla yogurt...you're just about out of luck here. The "hot" items were few and far between and only a tiny portion was put out at a time. If you don't get there early, you will get nothing but scraps or empty containers that once held the "hot" items.

I loved this hotel. The room and shared facilities were spotless and felt safe. It’s in an ideal location. Most of the staff were extremely kind and helpful which we appreciated but the manager on duty last night was awful. Rude attitude and would seemingly go out of her way to smirk and give dirty looks to us and other guests in the lobby. It was shocking as we were nothing but kind to her and I sincerely mean that. I’ve worked in customer service and know how difficult it is so I don’t say this lightly. She shamed us for politely asking for water and we later discovered that there is a complimentary water station provided by the hotel. Other than her subpar customer service everything else was 10/10.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. I was not disappointed. The room was comfortable and the decor was fresh and vibrant. There was plenty of seating in the lobby for visiting. There was even a pool table for entertainment. They have quiet hours …huge plus! The breakfast counter was very clean and the food was good. My experience was overall very pleasant. I would stay again.

Staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was better than average. However, when the breakfast got busy, the garage overflowed and no one from the hotel bothered to empty the trash. Not a pleasant sight. Especially when the garbage bin was in full view of the front desk.

No closet- hanging pegs instead. Poor breakfast compared to other Continental breakfast hotels. No available plugs bedside. For your ‘comfort’ bed is made and towels replaced every OTHER day. On the other hand- this is a clean, newer hotel with friendly staff and available coffee 24/7. They may’ve cut some corners to reduce price and many people may find it suits their needs for a basic place to stay very well.

The staff was nice and the facility is pretty. Tru is probably best suited for young families and teams in town for competitions who require less to be comfortable. These are extremely basic accommodations. The hotel is clean and bright, but there are few amenities. The room was like a dorm; small with a tiny fridge and no microwave. There was no closet, just and a rack with a few hangers. The convoluted TV set up with 2 remotes and no instructions was the last straw for me. I figured it out the first time. I had to call the front desk to ask for help the next time. To be fair, the desk attendant offered to come to my room to show me how it worked, which was a kind gesture. However, I didn't want company first thing in the morning. I just wanted things to work easily. The breakfast was a sad display of traditional morning foods. To make up for the limited food options, there were gimmicky delivery systems like an oatmeal station, a (broken/empty) soft-serve yogurt dispenser, and an Easy Bake Oven-type contraption so people could watch their pancakes being made. (Why?) I ended up checking out 2 days early to find more appropriate accommodations.

Everyone on staff was extremely friendly and helpful. While the room accommodations are minimal, they are fairly well appointed. Breakfast on our first morning was good and a little more than we thought would be available. The second morning was a bit different as two large groups had checked in the previous night so breakfast was a bit sparse. The staff was working to replenish items and the wait wasn’t too long. I was most impressed with the gym! It was clean with new equipmen. Everything I needed for my workout was available. This was our first time to stay at a Tru by Hilton and we will definitely do so again.
