The only entrance is guarded by a valet service, but the staff was great. We were put in an ADA room that was not cleaned and turned over until 4 PM. The room was clean but there was loud music coming from somewhere else in the building after 10 PM and the refrigerator was too small to hold a "to-go" box. For a room with 2 queen beds (sleeps 4) I found it odd that there was only 1 chair in the room. The location is perfect with a good number of shops and restaurants within a short walk as well as a nice park with walking paths and a nice pond. Other cities need to follow Huntsvilles lead with free public parking on the weekend.

The room was very nice and well-equipped. The bed was comfy, and the location is perfect. You can walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The umbrella alley across the street is a cute photo spot. The Revivalist was great for brunch, and the Baker and Able rooftop igloos are an entire winter wonderland vibe (reservation required!!).

Everything was clean, wonderful, and all the staff super friendly and helpful. The restaurant downstairs was absolutely fantastic (the food is AMAZING) and the gorgeous rooftop bar set the stage for a great weekend. I can’t recommend this place enough!

The location is convenient, I chose to park in the parking garage across the street for a significantly lower price than valet service. The room was clean, but the drapes were old and stained. The supplied soap/shampoo/lotion smelled wonderful however in the shower the bottles were so old and worn that it was impossible to differentiate between them (guessing they keep refilling the same ones?). The telephone was inoperable and broken, with part of the base taped together with black electrical tape.
