"Friendly and welcoming staff. Unexpected room upgrade upon arrival which was wonderful. If you want charm in a beautiful Highlands locale along the whisky trail, this is it. Dinner was incredibly delicious in the hotel's dining room. Their chef is out of this world. Bar has every whisky known to man ... kidding of course, but they are well stocked and knowledgeable. We stayed one night and wished we had booked a longer visit. It was meant to be a stop on our way out of a two day drive through...

"This hotel is amazing! We loved almost everything about it! The hotel grounds are beautiful…surrounded by a beautiful golf course, highland cows, pastures land. Our room was large and well appointed. We were in the stable building. The main castle/hotel itself was really beautiful. There were two weddings (on different days) while we were there…which was fun to see since the men were in their full dress kilts and the women in their gowns. The Cave Bar is fantastic! It was built in the 1800’s but...

"From check in to check out, all of the staff on reception, the bar and restaurant and the domestic staff could not be friendlier and more helpful. The young man on reception made sure there was a table for my friends and I in the bar and that we had a view of a television to watch international rugby, even though the rest of the bar were watching football and the barman made sure the channel was changed for us. There is a great variety of food on the menu from the snacks to the meals and all...

"Outstanding!! I felt completely taken care of there. My food allergies usually throw a wrench into things, but Colin and Sarah put a lot of effort into making sure I had as many wonderful dishes as everyone else. The sticky toffee pudding was amazing as was the stuffed pastry dinner and delicious coleslaw. I can’t recommend this place enough. 👏👏 well done ❤️"
