"Breakfast good, but we had to ask that breakfast included t waive the charges. Location was good, room was big, bathroom was decent. Chair was moldy in the room and staff should be bit more friendly and inform about the things better. overall solid 3 plus but with few changes, can become 4 stars"

"Nice place, the restaurant was only open 1 day, and there was construction going on. But the rooms were clean and well stocked. Very nice place to stay."

"The place is really nice and the staff is super friendly. If you're traveling with a partner though, be aware that the bathrooms do not have closing doors. You will essentially be using the restroom within 5 feet of whoever is in the room with you. You also have to pay over thirty dollars to park your car overnight and you cannot opt out of the valet service. The only way to avoid this is to find street parking. "

"Hotel was perfect! I especially want to highlight how one of your team members went above and beyond during my stay. I forgot to pack my phone charger and only had a USB cord, but the USB charging port in the room wasn’t working. When I called the front desk, they sent up an engineer who was very apologetic and tried to resolve the issue. When he couldn’t get it working right away, he asked me to hang tight and returned shortly after with his own personal phone charger. He insisted that I use it to charge my phone. His kindness, genuine concern, and willingness to help truly stood out. The level of care he showed was beyond any customer service I’ve experienced before."

"While the external part of the hotel and lobby look renewed, unfortunately, the rooms did not look well kept. Seems as if cleaning crew has been reduced and the frequency of keeping the rooms clean has been reduced. Bathroom looke moldy. It really is a pity considering the location and proximity to the univeristy campuses."

"Very clean and updated modern. Had a king suite for our family of 4, wish there was a way for the. To understand that the pullout bed will be used and they would have the bedding’s already placed in the room instead of having to go to the reception and collect it, esp when you have a late midnight arrival. The breakfast was included and awesome. The location was ideal for our visit to the university. The staff was helpful in providing late dining options nearby and we could survive the night and not sleep hungry."
