"Very noisy and party time during weekends"

"Family of 3, 3 month old kid. Booked the most expensive private pool room. The property is perfect for children. Greenery all around, lots of play areas, a huge public pool with awesome features, great breakfast, friendly staff, I think 3 restaurants as well. So if you have kids, they are going to love it. "New Hotel Stayed for 1 night September 2026. Very well-appointed hotel with clean and quite spacious rooms. The industrial style bar is relaxing and friendly with a very good menu and well cooked food. The breakfast needs work, though the masala omelette was quite nice. "Great stay"

"The property was good, but when I gave a feedback on a nonfunctional door. manager got offended and wanted to prove i didn’t know how to use. He demanded I must accompany him to room to show me how to use the door. But when he saw the door was not functioning, he ended saying sorry and promising he will fix the door. Should learn how to take feedback and act on."

"Very friendly staff. In house restaurant was very good and reasonable price. Pool is beautiful on the roof. Would use this hotel again…"

"We had a great one night stay on our way from Bangalore to Ooty. Convenient location, very helpful staff and an expansive breakfast lay. We also had an excellent spa experience. The in-house EV fast charger is an added advantage. We would happily return to this property in the future."

"Staff not considerate during renovations. Very bad."

"Very Nice property , good location , amazing food , price is also reasonable, breakfast buffet was also very delicious. Staff is really helpful and provided best service. 1 out of the 2 rooms although bieng of same category was smaller than the other. i happen to see a small cockroach in my bathroom , pest control could have been better. Rest its all good , Value for money hotel !!"

"Good place to stay. The property needs some upgrades."

"The rooms looks older and dirty. Things were not kept before and we had to ask for. Beds were sounding. "

"It feels like the hotel was built as a theme hotel in the 1960s and has not been renovated since"

"Neat rooms and food was good. "
