This was the best stay I’ve had in awhile the staff was so nice the location was amazing 4 mins away from Hershey park and the car museum right next to us. I cannot wait to come back again

We had a really great and relaxing stay here. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was a great addition and the breakfast was incredible! Lots of options for the whole family. Will stay here again!

We were a little disappointed. Bedding did not really fit the beds. Noisy, you hear everything and the folks above us were very noisy. Understood housekeeping was every other day like most hotels since covid. However, they only entry trash and replenish towels. No beds made or evidence of anything else. Staff very nice and hotel clean. But we won’t be going back as it’s just not comfortable with noise level and bedding.

This hotel was perfect for our needs while attending a weekend long soccer tournament. Close to everything, clean, staff worked very hard with lots of demands coming at them. Breakfast was simple but very good. **Only issue, dogs barking late at night and early in the morning.

Likely will not be returning. Checked in on Friday night and left Sunday. Beds were never made during our stay nor were they made for the party we traveled with. Had to collect our own clean towels after returning from the park each night. Despite being smoke free our room smelled terribly of smoke. Breakfast was not great, we had to eat out both days as a result, but the coffee was surprisingly good. We also left behind an electric toothbrush and called a few hours after checkout - was not turned in by housekeeping and no effort was made to make a note of it or look into it further. Only plus side was the proximity to Hersheypark but as there are other hotels on each side of this one we will be choosing differently next time.
