比我預期的好，房間好乾淨，整齊，服務員有禮，服務一流，附近有戲院，小食店及便利商店。十五分鐘可到達旅遊巴士總站往返深圳羅湖！

只有'硬件'沒有'件'的五星

酒店在惠東新區，除了店內用餐基本没得吃……最差是交通，一架的士也沒有，酒店沒有电召的士服務，第一天出外酒店在我們強力要求下才找了一台包車出外。第二天check-out也沒有的士，連前一天的包車也沒空來接我們去車站，天呀一間當地五星酒店只有一架包車提供，多存幾個司机电話也懶做！而且說酒店專車司机放假，冇人會送我們去車站？还不停叫我們去坐公車！！結果我們只有提着行李坐四十多分鐘公車去車站坐車去惠州。这間酒店我是永遠blacklist也不會介紹給朋友！ 入住日期三月二十二日
